All unused hours expire after 90 days.  Don't worry, we will hold you accountable and make sure that you maximize your investment! As clients are under contract with the company, so are the agents. Agents are required to sign non-disclosure agreements ensuring all your processes will stay within the company and will not be used nor shared with other clients.

All outputs worked on by agents that are paid by the client to remain the client's property and are covered by copyright laws.
